This agreement is made and entered on _______________________by and between Cheyenne Star Mini & Toy Aussies

 (Breeder) and __________________________________________ (Buyer) for the purchase of a Miniature/Toy Australian Shepherd Puppy.

Buyer has been advised as to any pertinent medical history, including present status of immunity. The Buyer agrees to hereby have Puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within seventy-two (72) hours from date when buyer assumes custody of puppy; excluding weekends.

Health guarantee applies to genetic disorders only.  In the event of emergence of any genetic disorder within one year, which is sufficiently serious in the opinion of two qualified veterinarians, one of whom selected by the breeder, to warrant euthanization of the dog, the Breeder agrees to replace the dog with one of equivalent quality.  All shipping and veterinary costs are responsibility of Buyer.  Other than the above limited guarantee, Breeder assumes no financial responsibility or other liability for this puppy/dog after it leaves premises.

Third Party Sales: A third party sale of above puppy/dog will constitute this contract and its guarantees  NULL and VOID.

This contract is only valid while Cheyenne Star Mini & Toy Aussies, the Breeder is breeding said dogs. Should Breeder cease breeding said dogs, for any reason, this contract will become null and void.

In the event of litigation, the venue shall be Navarro County, Texas

I, the Buyer, have read the above, understand and agree to the terms of this contract as evidenced by my signature below.
